The audience was convinced that Erhan Ascı's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edvin Lundgren was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. After 29 minutes HİSAR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Levent Itzov who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Gothic Souls's Levent Itzov to fire away a dangerous shot which Edvin Lundgren despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 31st minute Erhan Ascı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Lundgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Erhan Ascı took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Edvin Lundgren to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 44 minutes, Güvenç Deveci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HİSAR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Güvenç Deveci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

HİSAR's Edvin Lundgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erhan Ascı in the 59th minute of play. Lemi Uğurlubey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Güvenç Deveci in the 66th minute. When Güvenç Deveci came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the HİSAR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Güvenç Deveci couldn't finish the play. Gothic Souls made a substitution. Ege Nesip replaced Erdinç Sarıalp. After 71 played minutes Gothic Souls got a freekick which was hit by Tamer Özgu. In the 76th minute, Güvenç Deveci reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lemi Uğurlubey. The goal made the score 1-1. Gothic Souls made a substitution. Arda Ozan Ayberk replaced Levent Itzov. If Güvenç Deveci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lemi Uğurlubey made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Güvenç Deveci sent off a good shot on target. Gothic Souls's attentive Tamer Özgu managed to snatch the ball when Yüce Taştekin made a throw-in in the 83rd minute of the game. Lemi Uğurlubey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Güvenç Deveci in the 85th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, HİSAR's goal looked a bit too open when Erhan Ascı came free, but Edvin Lundgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvin Lundgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erhan Ascı, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
