Tamer Özgu was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Erhan Ascı might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tayfun Tanfer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erhan Ascı ran back to his position shaking his head. 6 minutes into the match, MarineerS FK's goal looked a bit too open when Erhan Ascı came free, but Tayfun Tanfer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by John Antolin in the 11th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Gothic Souls's Cihan Refet. In the 14th minute, Erhan Ascı ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tayfun Tanfer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some careless play in the MarineerS FK defense, Erhan Ascı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tayfun Tanfer. The MarineerS FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tayfun Tanfer should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd match minute, Gothic Souls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Olivos to maneuver through the defense. Lemi Uğurlubey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Žydrūnas Pauža in the 27th minute of the match. After some careless play in the MarineerS FK defense, Erhan Ascı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tayfun Tanfer. The MarineerS FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tayfun Tanfer should have stopped the shot. D.J. 赵云 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tayfun Tanfer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erhan Ascı in the 33rd minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Gothic Souls's D.J. 赵云 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tayfun Tanfer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Gothic Souls's attentive Filomeno Olivos managed to snatch the ball when Carl Rundell made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. Tayfun Tanfer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tamer Özgu, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Gothic Souls's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Filomeno Olivos in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erhan Ascı was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 52 in the game by Erhan Ascı from a close distance when the talented Tayfun Tanfer managed to make a qualified save. MarineerS FK's players were relieved. MarineerS FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Erhan Ascı scored to the left of an out of position Tayfun Tanfer, making the score, 0-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Erhan Ascı managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gothic Souls's supporters rose to their feet, but Erhan Ascı was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tayfun Tanfer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gothic Souls made a substitution. Ege Nesip replaced Erdinç Sarıalp. MarineerS FK's Tayfun Tanfer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erhan Ascı in the 63rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Gothic Souls's Erhan Ascı slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tayfun Tanfer. That made the score 0-6 after 69 minutes of play. Tayfun Tanfer was a little too slow when Erhan Ascı got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-7. MarineerS FK's Derviş Akçınar was substituted for Lucien Vercalsteren. 80 minutes into the match, Erhan Ascı dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tayfun Tanfer, 0-8. After 82 played minutes Gothic Souls got a freekick which was hit by Tamer Özgu. Tayfun Tanfer was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Erhan Ascı capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Erhan Ascı really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erhan Ascı got free with Tayfun Tanfer in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th minute Gothic Souls were awarded a corner. Filomeno Olivos went to the cornerflag to take it. Gothic Souls's Filomeno Olivos was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tayfun Tanfer in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Carl Rundell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Lemi Uğurlubey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, MarineerS FK's goal looked a bit too open when Erhan Ascı came free, but Tayfun Tanfer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gothic Souls had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
