Rosendo Balesio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christoffer Blomqvist in the 7th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Christoffer Blomqvist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rosendo Balesio, 2-0. 13 minutes into the match, MILLONARIOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Ler came free, but Angelo Prior reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AC Rangers's Rosendo Balesio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save AC Rangers from getting a goal against them. Angelo Prior made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Ler in the 40th minute of play. Rosendo Balesio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoffer Blomqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

AC Rangers made a substitution. Yücel Özakıncı replaced Guido Ler. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christoffer Blomqvist made a kick off. When Christoffer Blomqvist came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the MILLONARIOS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christoffer Blomqvist couldn't finish the play. Christoffer Blomqvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rosendo Balesio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christoffer Blomqvist ran back to his position shaking his head. 57 minutes into the match, AC Rangers's goal looked a bit too open when Christoffer Blomqvist came free, but Rosendo Balesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to MILLONARIOS FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Leonel Cantera hit a great ball.
