Severino Hulberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gasteiz Latorre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gasteiz Latorre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erasmo Lorencio hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Amado Cuartio kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gasteiz Latorre in the 19th minute of play forced Rivermania FC's goalkeeper Severino Hulberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Del Manfredi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Hulberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Rivermania FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gasteiz Latorre came free, but Severino Hulberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Rivermania FC's Severino Hulberto got control of the ball when Del Manfredi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Gasteiz Latorre got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Club Dep. Soc. Rodo getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Del Manfredi hit a great ball. Jeremy Avellana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacobo Santxol went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Amado Cuartio kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The supporters of Rivermania FC booed when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ipar Capitan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th match minute, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ipar Capitan to maneuver through the defense. Jeremy Avellana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Bazkoare in the 49th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erasmo Lorencio to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Rivermania FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Erasmo Lorencio hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Jeremy Avellana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacobo Santxol. Severino Hulberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthon Öberg in the 67th minute of the match. Anthon Öberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Severino Hulberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthon Öberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Severino Hulberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthon Öberg in the 74th minute of the match. When Del Manfredi came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Del Manfredi couldn't finish the play. Rivermania FC's Teodoro Foro was substituted for Amado Cuartio. Anthon Öberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severino Hulberto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Ana Tatangelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rivermania FC's Severino Hulberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthon Öberg in the 81st minute of play. Jeremy Avellana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo Lorencio in the 84th minute of the match. With a little luck, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Jeremy Avellana got control of the ball when Erasmo Lorencio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Severino Hulberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthon Öberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After some careless play in the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo defense, Ana Tatangelo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeremy Avellana. The Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeremy Avellana should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Rivermania FC's zone, Anthon Öberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severino Hulberto came out of the goal and Anthon Öberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Rivermania FC's Jeremy Avellana threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ana Tatangelo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ana Tatangelo in the 95th minute of play forced Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Jeremy Avellana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Rivermania FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
