Vitor Agulla got a throw-in 11 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Xoan Domayca. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Gustavo do Valle in the 13th minute of play forced Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Eurico Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eurico Velloso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luiz Gustavo do Valle's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. After 15 minutes Achtung Babies's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Xoan Domayca who took care of the corner kick. Kjell Trengereid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Héctor Mainer, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Héctor Mainer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kjell Trengereid. AntraX FDP.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Héctor Mainer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 47 played minutes AntraX FDP. got a freekick which was hit by Erick Sandoval. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Héctor Mainer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. AntraX FDP.'s Lucio Burell was substituted for Luiz Gustavo do Valle. AntraX FDP.'s Xoan Domayca quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gaston Danel, made in the 62nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Burell in the 63rd minute of play forced Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Eurico Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kjell Trengereid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Sosa in the 64th minute of play. If Valentyn Lobanovsjkyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. Eurico Velloso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucio Burell's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. With a little luck, Achtung Babies's Eurico Velloso got control of the ball when Lucio Burell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Achtung Babies's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Lucio Burell scored to the left of an out of position Eurico Velloso, making the score, 1-5. Lucio Burell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eurico Velloso having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, AntraX FDP. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ponce Ibaute to maneuver through the defense. AntraX FDP. played a much better game than Achtung Babies and deserved their victory. The Achtung Babies players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
