After 7 played minutes, LOS MENTI's Felipe Pereyra shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Santos Sidro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LOS MENTI reached it. Denis Stanislao's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Şenol Güneş read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Everardo Lore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 minutes, Kürşat Hamurcu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sacronas Futbol Club and the LOS MENTI players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sacronas Futbol Club getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Kürşat Hamurcu hit a great ball. 汪常然 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Santos Sidro made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in LOS MENTI's zone, Denis Stanislao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şenol Güneş came out of the goal and Denis Stanislao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute, 汪常然 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LOS MENTI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Santos Sidro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marco George in the 30th minute. With a little luck, Sacronas Futbol Club's Santos Sidro got control of the ball when 汪常然 tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Sacronas Futbol Club's Denis Stanislao sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şenol Güneş narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Şenol Güneş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Stanislao in the 34th minute of play. In the 38th minute of the match Sacronas Futbol Club got a corner. LOS MENTI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hernan Crespo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Santos Sidro was a little too slow when Marco George got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 41st match minute, Sacronas Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Fagildo to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when 汪常然 got free with Santos Sidro in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santos Sidro made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when 汪常然 sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 汪常然 made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Cedro in the 54th minute of play forced Sacronas Futbol Club's goalkeeper Santos Sidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, LOS MENTI's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Stanislao came free, but Şenol Güneş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santos Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco George, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. LOS MENTI's Şenol Güneş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Stanislao in the 68th minute of play. Sacronas Futbol Club's Santos Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco George in the 70th minute of play. Sacronas Futbol Club's Denis Stanislao got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sacronas Futbol Club's Santos Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco George in the 75th minute of play. In the 77thth minute of the game Denis Stanislao who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS MENTI's Şenol Güneş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santos Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco George, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Denis Stanislao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sacronas Futbol Club's Denis Stanislao got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Şenol Güneş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Stanislao, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 92nd minute Marco George shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Sidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şenol Güneş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Stanislao in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that LOS MENTI were the better team. LOS MENTI's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
