An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 26th minute of play forced La Maquina 9-12-18's goalkeeper Jose Vimaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Maquina 9-12-18's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Armando Roland was slow to take the kick. During this time Menchu FC's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Roberto Carlo to score against Jose Vimaro in La Maquina 9-12-18's goal. 3-0 after 29 minutes. Gabriele Batistuta took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jose Vimaro. Jose Vimaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Albert Gaardahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Salvidor having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Jose Vimaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriele Batistuta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute Menchu FC were awarded a corner. Armando Roland went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, La Maquina 9-12-18's Victor Korthsen got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 67th match minute, La Maquina 9-12-18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Korthsen to maneuver through the defense. La Maquina 9-12-18's Jose Vimaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Karlo in the 70th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Camilo Salvidor successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Camilo Salvidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Gaardahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Uriel Gorri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Jose Vimaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Gaston Firmo sped through La Maquina 9-12-18's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jose Vimaro. 92 minutes into the match, La Maquina 9-12-18's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Firmo came free, but Jose Vimaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquin Lopez kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, Gaston Firmo notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of La Maquina 9-12-18's Jose Vimaro. Jose Vimaro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
