In the 26th minute, Daníel Passarelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the game, Humberto Abascal threw the ball into play from the sideline. ☠QUINTERO☠'s Agustín Antonucci quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Merdin Merdaci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hao Jian Yuan in the 35th minute of play. Merdin Merdaci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sándor Cleghorn in the 40th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Prudencio Ralondo replaced Enzo Francescoli. 60 minutes into the match, ☠QUINTERO☠'s goalkeeper Merdin Merdaci had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sergio Saturno.
