Christian Kiliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jo-Wilfried Schouten in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Altos Gatos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Toli to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Dragons AFC defense, Javier Santo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lorenzo Beckman. The Dragons AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lorenzo Beckman should have stopped the shot. Christian Kiliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jo-Wilfried Schouten, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Lorenzo Beckman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Javier Santo in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Dragons AFC's Valentin Elorri was substituted for Nicasio Gomesano. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Javier Santo to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Marco Guerau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 55 minutes, Javier Santo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altos Gatos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Javier Santo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lorenzo Beckman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Santo in the 61st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Dragons AFC's zone, Javier Santo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Beckman came out of the goal and Javier Santo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Corderun in the 71st minute of play forced Dragons AFC's goalkeeper Lorenzo Beckman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Kiliz came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Dragons AFC's Jo-Wilfried Schouten. But to his dismay, Jo-Wilfried Schouten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 79 minutes into the match, Dragons AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Abancens came free, but Lorenzo Beckman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Garnero made in the 80th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dinç Tuncay. Lorenzo Beckman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carolo Abancens, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Lorenzo Beckman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Abancens in the 86th minute of the match. Rosendo Sesuldo kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After 96 minutes, Rosendo Sesuldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Altos Gatos FC and the Dragons AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 96 played minutes Altos Gatos FC got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Sesuldo. Donato Barbosa was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 97th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
