After a rather tough play, AZURDUY F.C.'s Dario Rameriz got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 9thth minute of the game Luisito Caradaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AZURDUY F.C.'s Ulises Bastian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of VERΛ booed when AZURDUY F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Rameriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Luisito Caradaro put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ulises Bastian. A collision led to VERΛ getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Teobaldo Hegoi hit a great ball. Alejo Weterio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Delmar Bartoleme having to make a save. Delmar Bartoleme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filomeno Firme in the 23rd minute. Delmar Bartoleme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Weterio, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 29th match minute, AZURDUY F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Baladi to maneuver through the defense. Filomeno Firme could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Delmar Bartoleme made a huge save. Filomeno Firme kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 50th minute, Julian Ireno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saverio Louis struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Delmar Bartoleme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AZURDUY F.C.. Ulises Bastian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Gonzalez in the 58th minute. After 79 minutes, Filomeno Firme mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AZURDUY F.C. and the VERΛ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Filomeno Firme kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. VERΛ's Delmar Bartoleme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Firme in the 84th minute of play. After 85 minutes VERΛ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Saverio Louis who took care of the corner kick. Benedicto Espiridion thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Delmar Bartoleme, a very annoying self made goal in the 85th minute which led to 1-1. In the 90th minute, Lorenzo Louis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ulises Bastian. The goal made the score 1-2. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Teobaldo Hegoi took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Ulises Bastian to make any attempt to save it.
