F.C.BARLAD's Mihăiţă Călin suffered a sore thigh after 10 minutes and couldn't finish the game. F.C.BARLAD's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Abelardo Toscano scored to the left of an out of position Bogdan Gurgui, making the score, 1-0. Luizão Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Plopșor, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 22nd match minute, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessandro Berger to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Otávio Meirelles took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Bogdan Gurgui to make any attempt to save it. Cauan do Nascimento's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bogdan Gurgui firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 29th match minute, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Castro to maneuver through the defense. Abel Favoretto hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Bogdan Gurgui made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Cauan do Nascimento sent off a good shot on target. Luizão Diniz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Albuț, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th match minute, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Toscano to maneuver through the defense. After 43 played minutes F.C.BARLAD got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Arghir. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valentin Plopșor was the one to do the kick off. Paul Albuț received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Luizão Diniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute of the match Rareș Vârlan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luizão Diniz skillfully saved the ball. After 57 played minutes ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Berger. Bogdan Gurgui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cauan do Nascimento in the 59th minute of the match. Valentin Plopșor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luizão Diniz came out and tried to block the shot, but Valentin Plopșor slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 63rd minute. With a little luck, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's Luizão Diniz got control of the ball when Valentin Plopșor tried to sneak it across the goal line. ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's Luizão Diniz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ from getting a goal against them. F.C.BARLAD's Bogdan Gurgui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otávio Meirelles in the 75th minute of play. Florin Racoviceanu charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florin Racoviceanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th minute, Ferdinand Simionescu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Luizão Diniz, passed just outside the right post. Cauan do Nascimento was shown his second yellow card after 88 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
