With a little luck, Brunatni Bełchatów's Teobald Byczewski got control of the ball when Villiam Ekman tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Kent Lennartsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teobald Byczewski made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Kent Lennartsson sent off a good shot on target. When Brunatni Bełchatów's Andrzej Kosakowski in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hawelka Himalayan High's goalie prevented a goal. When Villiam Ekman fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hawelka Himalayan High's protests and gave Villiam Ekman a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Brunatni Bełchatów booed when Hawelka Himalayan High was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Villiam Ekman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andrzej Kosakowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Brunatni Bełchatów's Leon Knopek got a free kick in the 30th minute. Teobald Byczewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Ambjörnsson in the 34th minute of the match. Radowit Motowski struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Dan Eklund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brunatni Bełchatów. After 38 played minutes Hawelka Himalayan High got a freekick which was hit by Johan Ekelund. 41 minutes into the match, Hawelka Himalayan High's goal looked a bit too open when Lucjan Arendarski came free, but Dan Eklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brunatni Bełchatów's Teobald Byczewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Brunatni Bełchatów from getting a goal against them. Karl-Magnus Ekberg hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Tobiasz Rostow shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Villiam Ekman made a kick off. Dan Eklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksander Borucki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the game, Kent Borre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hawelka Himalayan High's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brunatni Bełchatów the free kick. The supporters of Brunatni Bełchatów booed when Hawelka Himalayan High was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Borre didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 58 minutes of play Hawelka Himalayan High's Kent Borre was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. Andrzej Kosakowski scored 0-3 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dan Eklund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 75 minutes into the game, Brunatni Bełchatów's Andrzej Kosakowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dan Eklund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In a very dangerous position, a player in Brunatni Bełchatów fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! Teobald Byczewski had in the 94thth minute some difficulties stopping Villiam Ekman's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 96th minute Tomas Ambjörnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobald Byczewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Brunatni Bełchatów left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hawelka Himalayan High.
