Dan Eklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Umberto Dionísio in the 9th minute of the match. Dan Eklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nilson Veloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Dan Eklund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 24 minutes into the match, Hawelka Himalayan High's goal looked a bit too open when Umberto Dionísio came free, but Dan Eklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hawelka Himalayan High's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Nilson Veloso got a free kick in the 35th minute. Dan Eklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Umberto Dionísio in the 37th minute of the match. After 38 minutes of play, Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dan Eklund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Benedito Mineiro's late challenge caught a Hawelka Himalayan High's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benedito Mineiro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Benedito Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th match minute, Castanheiro SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisinho Seco to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Villiam Ekman to make the kick off. Hawelka Himalayan High's Dan Eklund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Hawelka Himalayan High from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the match, Umberto Dionísio notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Hawelka Himalayan High's Dan Eklund. Dan Eklund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pedrinho Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kent Lennartsson in the 63rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Benedito Mineiro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dan Eklund. That made the score 0-8 in the 70 minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Benedito Mineiro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dan Eklund. Benedito Mineiro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. Dan Eklund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Umberto Dionísio went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. When Umberto Dionísio came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Castanheiro SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Umberto Dionísio couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Benedito Mineiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dan Eklund, 0-11. Dan Eklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedito Mineiro in the 94th minute of play. Castanheiro SC played a much better game than Hawelka Himalayan High and deserved their victory. The Hawelka Himalayan High players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
