Fredrik Bäckström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Lars Örtlund took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Fábio-Deivson Lopes Maciel to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christiano Azevedo in the 17th minute of play forced Hawelka Himalayan High's goalkeeper Fredrik Bäckström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hawelka Himalayan High's Fredrik Bäckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo José da Costa in the 20th minute of play. Paulo José da Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Fredrik Bäckström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Fábio-Deivson Lopes Maciel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fredrik Bäckström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 played minutes Hawelka Himalayan High got a freekick which was hit by Chad Pro. Chad Pro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fábio-Deivson Lopes Maciel having to make a save. The supporters of Hawelka Himalayan High booed when Ique Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Vasconcelos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Chad Pro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fábio-Deivson Lopes Maciel. That made the score 2-1 in the 35 minute of play. In the 40th minute, Edwin Ivarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Urban Stolpe hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo José da Costa in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fredrik Bäckström saved Hawelka Himalayan High from getting behind. After 53 minutes of play, Ique Football Club's Luciano Vasconcelos made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fredrik Bäckström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fábio-Deivson Lopes Maciel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chad Pro, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Fábio-Deivson Lopes Maciel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarl Vester in the 59th minute of the match. Fredrik Bäckström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo José da Costa in the 61st minute. Adrian Byström kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Noel Tavares charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Noel Tavares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th match minute, Ique Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noel Tavares to maneuver through the defense. Ique Football Club's Fábio-Deivson Lopes Maciel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Ahlgren in the 65th minute of play. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fredrik Bäckström firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Adrian Bagge fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hawelka Himalayan High's protests and gave Adrian Bagge a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th minute, Adrian Bagge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fábio-Deivson Lopes Maciel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chad Pro, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute.
