After a rather tough play, Camino Rojo's Yaniusky Hernan got a free kick in the 4th minute. The supporters of Camino Rojo booed when Ponte do Carro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Viana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xian Rosete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Viana in the 10th minute of play. If Veríssimo Prates had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xian Rosete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Viana, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Xian Rosete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Viana in the 23rd minute of play. Urtsua Relloso did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Adelino Damásio 25 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ponte do Carro's zone, Urtsua Relloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adelino Damásio came out of the goal and Urtsua Relloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the game, Máximo Malafaia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Xian Rosete was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Isidro Viana kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Xian Rosete. That made the score 1-2 in the 71 minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Camino Rojo's goal looked a bit too open when Ademar Figueiras came free, but Xian Rosete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xian Rosete made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Isidro Viana sent off a good shot on target. Ponte do Carro's Gregório Modesto got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Camino Rojo's Xian Rosete got control of the ball when Isidro Viana tried to sneak it across the goal line.
