The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roy Hasyim helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sentinel getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. After 28 played minutes BRASIL.Sp got a freekick which was hit by José Vítor Marinho. 31 minutes into the game, BRASIL.Sp's José Vítor Marinho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gery Gozali made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Sentinel's zone, Paulinho Tepedino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gery Gozali came out of the goal and Paulinho Tepedino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lino Fernandez lost his temper 40 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 39th minute, one of BRASIL.Sp:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BRASIL.Sp. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Togar Likumahua to make the kick off. In the 60th minute of the match, Togar Likumahua got a very nice opportunity to score, but Samuca Freitas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Samuca Freitas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Erol Sunyoto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 81 minute of play. Horácio Ferraz struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Gery Gozali didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BRASIL.Sp. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sentinel's goalkeeper Gery Gozali, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gildo Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Gery Gozali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Gildo Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gery Gozali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute BRASIL.Sp were awarded a corner. Giuseppe Arantes went to the cornerflag to take it.
