Pete Partridge started the match with the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Edward Preston successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 5 played minutes Club Almirante Brown got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Laurentzi. A collision led to Club Almirante Brown getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Erubiel Laurentzi hit a great ball. In the 8th minute, Pete Partridge made a precise shot to the right of Americo Duardo. Club Almirante Brown's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Delmar Lain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Preston having to interfere. Octavio Stephen hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Americo Duardo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Egg Chasers FC's Pete Partridge shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. 28 minutes into the game, Octavio Stephen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Edward Preston was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Americo Duardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pete Partridge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Americo Duardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steve Knott in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute Edgard Rodas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Preston saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 39 minutes, Steve Knott managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Egg Chasers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Steve Knott was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute, Danny Booth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Egg Chasers FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After the first half Egg Chasers FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Octavio Stephen made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Club Almirante Brown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Restu to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Club Almirante Brown's Edgard Rodas got a free kick in the 56th minute. Club Almirante Brown's Silvano Lidon was substituted for Octavio Stephen. Edgard Rodas kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute of the match Don Major shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Americo Duardo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Edward Preston took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Lidon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st match minute, Egg Chasers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gareth Rowe to maneuver through the defense. Federico Quinteros took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edward Preston. Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Federico Quinteros kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Almirante Brown's goalkeeper Americo Duardo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Steve Knott kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Steve Knott received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Americo Duardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Club Almirante Brown getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Silvano Lidon hit a great ball.
