Vasile Neața hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 6 minutes into the match, Ştefan Nisporeanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edward Preston. Egg Chasers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ştefan Nisporeanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pete Partridge in the 10th minute of play forced ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Claudiu Busuioceanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edward Preston was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Ştefan Nisporeanu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ştefan Nisporeanu really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. After 25 minutes of play, Egg Chasers FC's Pete Partridge made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudiu Busuioceanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30th match minute, Egg Chasers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Don Major to maneuver through the defense. If Ştefan Nisporeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nae Morar kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Claudiu Busuioceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danny Booth in the 42nd minute of play. Claudiu Busuioceanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pete Partridge in the 45th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Ştefan Nisporeanu made the kick off in the second half. If Ştefan Nisporeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Claudiu Busuioceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billie Curtis in the 58th minute of play. Danny Booth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-:s Claudiu Busuioceanu showed great skill when he stopped Don Major:s penalty. In the 63rd minute, Don Major made a precise shot to the right of Claudiu Busuioceanu. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. After a rather tough play, Egg Chasers FC's Gareth Rowe got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 70th minute Pete Partridge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudiu Busuioceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nae Morar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudiu Busuioceanu made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Pete Partridge sent off a good shot on target. Egg Chasers FC played a much better game than ASF BAIA MARE -MM- and deserved their victory. The ASF BAIA MARE -MM- players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
