The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredão Godoi got free with Laerte de Senna in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 20 minutes into the match, Passa o Tanque MZ's goalkeeper Laerte de Senna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilton Aguiar. Cris Bala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean Souza in the 24th minute of the match. Laerte de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaká Fenomeno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinei Paraense lost his temper 29 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 28 minutes into the game, one of Passa o Tanque MZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 37 minutes into the game, MengãOShowS - FDFDF's Kaká Fenomeno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laerte de Senna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kaká Fenomeno made a kick off. Laerte de Senna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kaká Fenomeno went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Passa o Tanque MZ's Laerte de Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredão Godoi in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, José Carlos Netto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Passa o Tanque MZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MengãOShowS - FDFDF the free kick. Cris Gamarra's late challenge caught a Passa o Tanque MZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cris Gamarra helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd minute, Cris Gamarra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
