Passa o Tanque MZ's Laerte de Senna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Passa o Tanque MZ from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Gernando Pitta took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Laerte de Senna to make any attempt to save it. In the 17th minute, Classe A Futebol Clube's Laerte Fernandes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Laerte de Senna. Laerte de Senna yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. With an all-out effort, Classe A Futebol Clube's Laerte de Senna threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Laerte Fernandes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Laerte de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Váldson Mazza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belmiro Meira came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Laerte de Senna could save by the left post. Laerte de Senna was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Laerte Fernandes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 31 minute of play. With an all-out effort, Classe A Futebol Clube's Laerte de Senna threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Laerte Fernandes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Laerte de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gernando Pitta in the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Passa o Tanque MZ's goalkeeper Laerte de Senna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gernando Pitta. Wiliam Favoretto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Maciel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

Classe A Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Váldson Mazza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute Váldson Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laerte de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laerte de Senna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 70 minutes into the game, Váldson Mazza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. But to his dismay, Gernando Pitta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. José Carlos Netto kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Belmiro Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Laerte Fernandes took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laerte de Senna. Laerte de Senna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. 86 minutes into the match, Kléber Pernambucano notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Passa o Tanque MZ's Laerte de Senna. Laerte de Senna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Passa o Tanque MZ getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ademar Medeiros hit a great ball. Laerte Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laerte de Senna having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Kléber Pernambucano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laerte de Senna was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. Classe A Futebol Clube's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
