Carlo Colaneri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Nalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aquiles Oihenarte during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bonifacio Cresconio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlo Colaneri having to interfere. After 22 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Donato Nalo. 23 minutes into the match, Seggiano's Armando Pompilio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Seggiano's Armando Pompilio in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Armando Pompilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eraldo Giammaria hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The supporters of Seggiano booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Huly didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bonifacio Cresconio to make the kick off. Seggiano's Armando Pompilio got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Club Atlético Atlanta's Melquiades Salvatore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Pompilio in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Artemio Jaunti hit a great ball. With a little luck, Seggiano's Carlo Colaneri got control of the ball when Bonifacio Cresconio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Armando Pompilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Melquiades Salvatore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melquiades Salvatore came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Seggiano's Armando Pompilio. But to his dismay, Armando Pompilio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Camillo Salvagnin hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Melquiades Salvatore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Pompilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Severino Huly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlo Colaneri having to interfere. Anthony Presutti kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Camillo Salvagnin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 played minutes, Club Atlético Atlanta's Donato Nalo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carlo Colaneri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Atlético Atlanta reached it. The Seggiano support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
