In the 9th minute Yens De Neuter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Aguilar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute of the match, Roque Gora tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Anyuna Parab saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kara Bhattacharya scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredo Aguilar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Club Olimpia getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Jack Hägglund hit a great ball. Alfredo Aguilar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amahiyu Malhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Kara Bhattacharya managed to get in a good position for a shot. PANUNDA F C's supporters rose to their feet, but Kara Bhattacharya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredo Aguilar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfredo Aguilar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kara Bhattacharya, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kutilagesa Sahni in the 28th minute of play forced Club Olimpia's goalkeeper Alfredo Aguilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, PANUNDA F C's goal looked a bit too open when Nelson Haedo came free, but Anyuna Parab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Denis Inestrosa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Anyuna Parab quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Yens De Neuter made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, PANUNDA F C's goal looked a bit too open when Nelson Haedo came free, but Anyuna Parab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Nelson Haedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. PANUNDA F C's Amahiyu Malhan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alfredo Aguilar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 70 minutes into the game, Club Olimpia's Nelson Haedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anyuna Parab made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Alfredo Aguilar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kara Bhattacharya in the 81st minute of the match. Heri Noor kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match.
