Toninho Vander was slow to take the kick. During this time Zorros del Desierto's players had a chance to rest. Alex Dijoux took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gudesteo Quincoces. Gudesteo Quincoces dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈'s zone, Alex Dijoux stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gudesteo Quincoces came out of the goal and Alex Dijoux tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈ booed when Zorros del Desierto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Abdallah didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clark Kent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asım Sevimli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benedicto Gayferos hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Gudesteo Quincoces made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Dijoux in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Dijoux in the 33rd minute of play forced Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈'s goalkeeper Gudesteo Quincoces to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈'s Gudesteo Quincoces played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Dijoux in the 41st minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santikurtz Brunet was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Alex Dijoux had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gudesteo Quincoces. Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Dijoux was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Alex Dijoux came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Zorros del Desierto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Dijoux couldn't finish the play. Zorros del Desierto made a substitution. Edward Okopny replaced Dalmo Ferreira. In the 71st minute, Quique Cordoba made a precise shot to the right of Gudesteo Quincoces. Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 79 minutes, Davide De Sanctis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zorros del Desierto and the Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Davide De Sanctis kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Clark Kent made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santikurtz Brunet in the 81st minute. Quique Cordoba struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Gudesteo Quincoces didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zorros del Desierto. Zenaido Oviedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gudesteo Quincoces having to make a save. A collision led to Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈ getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Benedicto Gayferos hit a great ball. If Quique Cordoba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσ✈ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Zorros del Desierto.
