The audience thought a goal was coming when Clemente Martino got free with Enrique Belasko in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Galáctico Azul FC™'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Clemente Martino scored to the left of an out of position Enrique Belasko, making the score, 1-0. In the 17th minute, Eulalio Vincent left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galáctico Azul FC™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Enrique Belasko made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Ciriaco Oinaz sent off a good shot on target. 26 minutes into the game, Clemente Martino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Enrique Belasko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 28th minute, Maximo Cutberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honorio Vela's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enrique Belasko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Victor Bernabel made a precise shot to the right of Jaime Afonso. ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After 34 minutes, Bruno Quiroga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ and the Galáctico Azul FC™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jaime Afonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Michael in the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, Galáctico Azul FC™'s Generoso Michael nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jaime Afonso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Maximo Cutberto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jaime Afonso. ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eulalio Vincent stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Jaime Afonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Michael in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Galáctico Azul FC™ booed when ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Quiroga didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's goalkeeper Jaime Afonso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eulalio Vincent. 72 minutes into the game, Alfredo Xabel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galáctico Azul FC™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ the free kick. After a rather tough play, Galáctico Azul FC™'s Alfredo Xabel got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Guillermo Miliano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Jaime Afonso made a huge save. Generoso Michael hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, Galáctico Azul FC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Vela came free, but Enrique Belasko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Galáctico Azul FC™'s Eulalio Vincent slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jaime Afonso. That made the score 2-4 after 87 minutes of play. After 93 played minutes Galáctico Azul FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Vincent. Galáctico Azul FC™'s Enrique Belasko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Oinaz in the 94th minute of play. ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Fernando Elodio got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Galáctico Azul FC™ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
