After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Armando Petrosino managed to get in a good position for a shot. ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Petrosino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petre Traian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Fathoni Baso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Damaso Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicolas Britto having to make a save. Nicolas Britto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, Damaso Sancho notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Nicolas Britto. Nicolas Britto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27th minute ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ were awarded a corner. Armando Petrosino went to the cornerflag to take it. ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Nicolas Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Sancho in the 29th minute of play. Omar Erramun charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Omar Erramun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th match minute, Congo Bongo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Erramun to maneuver through the defense. ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Armando Petrosino in the 32nd minute. Nicolas Britto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Sancho in the 35th minute of the match. Congo Bongo's Petre Traian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Congo Bongo from getting a goal against them. In the 41st minute, Fathoni Baso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the game, ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Fathoni Baso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Petre Traian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Damaso Sancho made a kick off. In the 56th minute Fathoni Baso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petre Traian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnaldo Oidor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Nicolas Britto made a huge save. If Armando Petrosino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 minutes of play, Congo Bongo's Arnaldo Oidor made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolas Britto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Petre Traian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Petrosino in the 82nd minute of play. Ruy Nunes made in the 87th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Cody Miles. If Arnaldo Oidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
