Vodka Stars 1949's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Valentine Hernandez struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Lucas Montaña made in the 44th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Casado Castan immediately put the ball in play. A collision led to FITO APPLE TEAM getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Fabricius Zemp hit a great ball. Generoso Beloki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentine Hernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Wawrzyniec Kaszubik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casado Castan, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 96th minute of the match Zeledon Megid shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Generoso Beloki showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The FITO APPLE TEAM supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FITO APPLE TEAM would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
