OROTINENSE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yerko Gold was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Batista Maige made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruhi Uluöz in the 15th minute. If Songurhan Mete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the game, Omar Carvajal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OROTINENSE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SICARIOS Fútbol Club the free kick. Omar Carvajal hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Yerko Gold took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Liu Yong Yong. Liu Yong Yong dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Hans Haaland hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, SICARIOS Fútbol Club's Yerko Gold sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Liu Yong Yong narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 32 played minutes SICARIOS Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Yerko Smart. Yerko Gold's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Liu Yong Yong read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 48th minute Yerko Gold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liu Yong Yong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

SICARIOS Fútbol Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Niceto Von Roques in the 75th minute. 78 minutes into the match, SICARIOS Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when David Talamanca came free, but Batista Maige reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yerko Gold's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Liu Yong Yong read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. The SICARIOS Fútbol Club supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing SICARIOS Fútbol Club would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
