Epifanio Canor was slow to take the kick. During this time Copetonas AFC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Jeronimo Franco almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AC 1986 Vinalito's Richmond De Worteleere did a great save. After 16 minutes of play, Copetonas AFC's Breno da Mata made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richmond De Worteleere was left in no man's land by his defense there! Richmond De Worteleere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pompiliu Ciutacu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Epifanio Canor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Richmond De Worteleere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Canor in the 23rd minute of play. Marcelo Cordairo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Bidun in the 26th minute of play. Marcelo Cordairo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Frances in the 30th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Breno da Mata made the kick off in the second half. Marcelo Cordairo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Bidun in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Frances in the 54th minute of play forced Copetonas AFC's goalkeeper Marcelo Cordairo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Cordairo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Bidun in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Eliseo Frances shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Cordairo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Copetonas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Bidun came free, but Marcelo Cordairo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelo Cordairo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Frances, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Eliseo Frances left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC 1986 Vinalito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Marcelo Cordairo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Bidun in the 72nd minute of play. Pompiliu Ciutacu had several of the AC 1986 Vinalito's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 75 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Richmond De Worteleere as he didn't even see the shot coming. AC 1986 Vinalito's Raúl Barberá was substituted for Pichit Mercier. AC 1986 Vinalito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Copetonas AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, AC 1986 Vinalito's Domingos Bortzaioriz got a free kick in the 84th minute. Richmond De Worteleere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arko Thomaschewski in the 85th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Arko Thomaschewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richmond De Worteleere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 97 minutes AC 1986 Vinalito's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Epifanio Canor who took care of the corner kick.
