Codruț Răchită was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Donalton Meneses to make the kick off. Clemente Vander charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clemente Vander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donalton Meneses in the 94th managed to get into a good position.
