Durval Carneiro's late challenge caught a Classe A Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Durval Carneiro helped the player get up and apologised. Kléber Pernambucano scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felipe Tande, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 9th minute of the match Murillo Lima shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felipe Tande showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Váldson Mazza in the 10th minute of play forced FC Gustavo FPRMZ's goalkeeper Felipe Tande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13thth minute of the game Belmiro Meira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Felipe Tande was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Váldson Mazza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felipe Tande was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Bebeto da Silveira got a free kick in the 18th minute. Felipe Tande stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kléber Pernambucano's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Kléber Pernambucano put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Felipe Tande. In the 30th minute Váldson Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Tande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kléber Pernambucano in the 31st minute of the match. Belmiro Meira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felipe Tande read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 39th minute Eugênio Peres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Váldson Mazza in the 44th minute of play forced FC Gustavo FPRMZ's goalkeeper Felipe Tande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kléber Pernambucano in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felipe Tande prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Classe A Futebol Clube were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo Quirino was the one to do the kick off. Felipe Tande made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Luiz Fabiano Neves sent off a good shot on target. 54 minutes into the match, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's goalkeeper Felipe Tande had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kléber Pernambucano. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Davi Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Classe A Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Davi Pena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipe Tande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 57 minutes into the match, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's goalkeeper Felipe Tande had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Váldson Mazza. Felipe Tande made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Váldson Mazza sent off a good shot on target. When Bebeto da Silveira fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Gustavo FPRMZ's protests and gave Bebeto da Silveira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Bebeto da Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the game, Classe A Futebol Clube's Belmiro Meira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felipe Tande made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Rodrigo Quirino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wiliam Favoretto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Felipe Tande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Váldson Mazza in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Bernardinho Britto got a free kick in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davi Pena in the 84th minute of play forced FC Gustavo FPRMZ's goalkeeper Felipe Tande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute Eugênio Peres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Tande stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Davi Pena's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Kléber Pernambucano was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. Classe A Futebol Clube's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 92nd minute, Luiz Fabiano Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rodrigo Quirino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Kléber Pernambucano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Felipe Tande. That made the score 0-4 in the 96 minute of play. Classe A Futebol Clube played a much better game than FC Gustavo FPRMZ and deserved their victory. The FC Gustavo FPRMZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
