Raúl de Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitinho Dionísio, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Fred Soares hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Chiquinho Sergipano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Chiquinho Borges, 2-0. Ogro F.C.'s Chiquinho Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fiori Campidelis in the 26th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Mestre GG's Chiquinho Sergipano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chiquinho Borges made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Ogro F.C.'s Chiquinho Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chiquinho Sergipano in the 33rd minute of play. Chiquinho Borges came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Mestre GG's Chiquinho Sergipano. But to his dismay, Chiquinho Sergipano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sandro Domingues was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Chiquinho Sergipano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiquinho Borges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chiquinho Sergipano, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The supporters of Mestre GG booed when Ogro F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egídio Mineiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Ogro F.C.'s Celsinho de Almeida got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Mestre GG's Fiori Campidelis got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiquinho Sergipano in the 77th minute of play forced Ogro F.C.'s goalkeeper Chiquinho Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Fiori Campidelis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mestre GG fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. When Chiquinho Sergipano got free in front of the goal in the 86th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Chiquinho Borges was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Chiquinho Borges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dé Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After a rather tough play, Ogro F.C.'s João Vítor Branco got a free kick in the 91st minute. Chiquinho Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chiquinho Sergipano in the 95th minute of the match. Mestre GG walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
