When Gildo Sá came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Mestre GG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gildo Sá couldn't finish the play. In the 5th minute Dé Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Mestre GG's Romário Seco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felipe Tande narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chiquinho Sergipano scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felipe Tande, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 18 minutes into the match, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Chiquinho Sergipano came free, but Felipe Tande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felipe Tande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romário Seco in the 22nd minute of the match. Bernardinho Britto hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Bebeto da Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Chiquinho Sergipano fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mestre GG's protests and gave Chiquinho Sergipano a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Gustavo FPRMZ booed when Mestre GG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chiquinho Sergipano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felipe Tande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gildo Sá in the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Chiquinho Sergipano came free, but Felipe Tande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute Fiori Campidelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reynaldo Baiano struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Felipe Tande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mestre GG. After 42 played minutes Mestre GG got a freekick which was hit by Fiori Campidelis. After some careless play in the FC Gustavo FPRMZ defense, Gildo Sá kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felipe Tande. The FC Gustavo FPRMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felipe Tande should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chiquinho Sergipano was the one to do the kick off. Felipe Tande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chiquinho Sergipano in the 53rd minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Chiquinho Sergipano came free, but Felipe Tande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felipe Tande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fiori Campidelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bebeto da Silveira during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Bebeto da Silveira got a free kick in the 60th minute. André Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Raúl de Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felipe Tande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gildo Sá in the 66th minute of play. After 67 played minutes Chiquinho Sergipano rounded FC Gustavo FPRMZ's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Rubens Diniz was substituted for Durval Carneiro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé Paiva in the 77th minute of play forced FC Gustavo FPRMZ's goalkeeper Felipe Tande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Felipe Tande got control of the ball when Gildo Sá tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 84th minute, Gildo Sá got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 85th minute, Gildo Sá made a precise shot to the right of Felipe Tande. FC Gustavo FPRMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Felipe Tande was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fred Soares showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 94 minute of play. Mestre GG's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
