Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Arnaldo de Sena had several of the Astillero del Guayas's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 83 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-7 score and a disappointed Long Yuan De as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ismael Opilanos short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Long Yuan De to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ismael Opilano in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal.
