Antonio Sengrat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marques Martin in the 20th minute of the match. If Abel Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Astillero del Guayas's Long Yuan De got control of the ball when Abel Marquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th match minute, Ψ virgen Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aggelos Troglis to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the match, Ψ virgen Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Zarando Eguizabal came free, but Antonio Sengrat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abel Marquez might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Long Yuan De. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abel Marquez ran back to his position shaking his head. Long Yuan De made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Marquez in the 79th minute of play. After 82 played minutes Astillero del Guayas got a freekick which was hit by Bagui Lizana. Astillero del Guayas's Long Yuan De played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Marquez in the 83rd minute of play. Aggelos Troglis hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Antonio Sengrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zarando Eguizabal in the 95th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
