DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Pedrinho Sergipano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Pitta in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Guadalupe FC - CIMZ booed when DIPLOMATA FC PAB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Leite didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute of the match Tiaguinho Palmeira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedrinho Sergipano skillfully saved the ball. With an all-out effort, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Wellington de Carvalho threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fernandão Donato, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Pitta made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Guadalupe FC - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Tiaguinho Palmeira. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Perez in the 53rd minute of play forced Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's goalkeeper Wellington de Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th match minute, Guadalupe FC - CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Novaes to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute Dagoberto Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wellington de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedrinho Sergipano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Dagoberto Perez came free, but Wellington de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Fernandão Donato ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wellington de Carvalho was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. David Félix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. DIPLOMATA FC PAB were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Guadalupe FC - CIMZ for a fine match.
