Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when José Augusto Duarte got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's zone, José Augusto Duarte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Víktor Paulista came out of the goal and José Augusto Duarte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute, Délio Gerber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Augusto Duarte took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Víktor Paulista. Víktor Paulista dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Washington Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Tiago Dionísio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Víktor Paulista was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 31st minute Délio Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Víktor Paulista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vivaldo Paraíba was a little too slow when Toninho Garcia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 1-2. Vivaldo Paraíba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toninho Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reynaldo Zanette during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th match minute, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Zanette to maneuver through the defense. If Délio Gerber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Washington Furtado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Délio Gerber made a precise shot to the right of Víktor Paulista. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Felipe de Azevedo charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felipe de Azevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th minute, Felipe de Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Felipe de Azevedo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. Felipe de Azevedo hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Blumenau Esporte Clube's Flávio Meireles got a free kick in the 59th minute. Toninho Garcia's late challenge caught a Blumenau Esporte Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toninho Garcia helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Toninho Garcia got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute, Jean Quintal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Osmar da Fonseca fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blumenau Esporte Clube's protests and gave Osmar da Fonseca a yellow card for diving instead. After 72 played minutes Blumenau Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Osmar da Fonseca. Délio Gerber might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Víktor Paulista. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Délio Gerber ran back to his position shaking his head. After 83 played minutes CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA got a freekick which was hit by Jean Quintal. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goalkeeper Víktor Paulista, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 86 played minutes Blumenau Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Ian Mineiro. If José Augusto Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes in the game, José Augusto Duarte fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Víktor Paulista having to interfere. José Augusto Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match was over Blumenau Esporte Clube could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA throughout the match.
