Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Chiquinho Sergipano got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Mestre GG booed when Encanto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Encanto's Manuel Vianna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chiquinho Sergipano in the 8th minute of play. With a little luck, Encanto's Manuel Vianna got control of the ball when Romário Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Romário Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mestre GG's supporters rose to their feet, but Romário Seco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Vianna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute Chiquinho Sergipano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Vianna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Vianna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chiquinho Sergipano, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 20 played minutes Encanto got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Vergílio. A collision led to Encanto getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Wilton de Sousa hit a great ball. Chiquinho Sergipano got in the 24th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Manuel Vianna handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Raúl de Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Costa in the 27th minute of the match. Manuel Vianna came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Mestre GG's Romário Seco. But to his dismay, Romário Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 34th minute Carlos Costa suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Zeca Donatello's late challenge caught a Encanto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeca Donatello helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Mestre GG's Zeca Donatello got a free kick in the 35th minute. Chiquinho Sergipano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Manuel Vianna came out and tried to block the shot, but Chiquinho Sergipano slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 37th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jerônimo Mendes to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Encanto's Norberto Vergílio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Raúl de Amaral. That made the score 3-1 after 52 minutes of play. In the 54th match minute, Encanto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Valladares to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Vianna came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Mestre GG's Romário Seco. But to his dismay, Romário Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. If Anselmo Carioca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Raúl de Amaral successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Raúl de Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Vergílio in the 67th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Zeca Donatello ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Vianna was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. 75 minutes into the match, Encanto's Jerônimo Mendes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raúl de Amaral narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Norberto Vergílio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Raúl de Amaral quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Manuel Vianna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romário Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Chiquinho Sergipano sped through Encanto's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Manuel Vianna. After 83 played minutes Encanto got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Vergílio. Manuel Vianna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Sergipano in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Romário Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mestre GG fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. 90 minutes into the match, Mestre GG's goal looked a bit too open when Jerônimo Mendes came free, but Raúl de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Norberto Vergílio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 7-2 in the 92nd playminute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mestre GG had played much better football throughout.
