Golden Dragón F.C's Hilario Pesquera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Nikola in the 8th minute of play. Alan Petersen kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. The C.U.E. DE COMERCIO fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Salvador Romano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Isaac Incendio in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Hilario Pesquera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Soner Turking's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfredinho Gerber read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play.

The wind increased when Salvador Romano made the kick off in the second half.
