In the 25th minute Conrado Erramun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierluigi Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacob Albuquerque's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tadeo Udalaitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Narciso Noe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KaoS Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narciso Noe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacob Albuquerque who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Tadeo Udalaitz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dobromir Kaczucha kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Conrado Erramun made a kick off. Martin Oihan made in the 55th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Conrado Erramun. Conrado Erramun struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Pierluigi Buffon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Machine Gun Kelly. 65 minutes into the match, Jacob Albuquerque had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tadeo Udalaitz. Machine Gun Kelly's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacob Albuquerque was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Tadeo Udalaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob Albuquerque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. KaoS Futbol Club made a substitution. Machine Gun Kelly's attentive Martin Oihan managed to snatch the ball when Albino Olayo made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. After 96 played minutes Machine Gun Kelly got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Sá. The Machine Gun Kelly supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Machine Gun Kelly would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
