Jari Alenius took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonel Rocco. Leonel Rocco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jari Alenius in the 16th minute of play forced Cascadia United's goalkeeper Leonel Rocco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cascadia United's Leonel Rocco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jari Alenius in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Jari Alenius left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NAGANO F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Vellito Alguerdo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Ángel Benito in the 38th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Thorbjörn Hong managed to get in a good position for a shot. NAGANO F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Thorbjörn Hong was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonel Rocco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baltasar Piorno made in the 44th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Wang Di Yi. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jari Alenius to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Jari Alenius sped through Cascadia United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leonel Rocco. In the 61st minute Pertti Koskenkorva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Rocco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Ángel Benito kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agustin Bittor got free with Vellito Alguerdo in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cascadia United's Leonel Rocco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jari Alenius in the 76th minute of play. Leonel Rocco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jari Alenius in the 82nd minute of the match. Vellito Alguerdo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Ángel Benito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the game, NAGANO F.C's Clodoveo Weather nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonel Rocco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. There was no doubt that NAGANO F.C were the better team. NAGANO F.C's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
