Timoteo Abreu made in the 23rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jan Kisielka however managed to control. Sebastián Saja made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardino Rosio in the 25th minute. Benny Niva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Sebastián Saja made a huge save. Sergio Sayvion kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. With his leg Sebastián Saja managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Celta de Virgos's Dündar Aynacıoğlu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 36th minute Jan Kisielka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Ascencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of A.C ALDO BONZI booed when Celta de Virgos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dündar Aynacıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Zacarias Ascencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Kisielka in the 88th minute of the match. In the 93rd match minute, Celta de Virgos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexis Sanchez to maneuver through the defense.
