He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Valentin Voicu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Parque Europa FC's Luis Täger got control of the ball when Valentin Voicu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute, Froilan Reyes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Parque Europa FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 48 minutes into the game, Froilan Reyes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Baraxil Sarrate was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The VILLARREAL UNITED players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half.
