When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Darío Graabirk put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Constantin Potocianu. René Stam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Iratze, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Usain Bolt in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg René Stam saved Las Palmas from getting behind. In the 47th match minute, Mapovihesa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kálmán Pádár to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Las Palmas's René Stam proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Las Palmas from getting a goal against them. Constantin Potocianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 秦西星 in the 58th minute of play. Marcial Iratze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mapovihesa FC made a substitution. Álvaro Prata replaced Raimundo Erramu. 68 minutes into the match, Usain Bolt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of René Stam, 1-1. Las Palmas's René Stam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Usain Bolt in the 71st minute of play. In the 77th minute of the game Gualterio Bakar made a throw-in which Gualterio Bakar played forward. Gualterio Bakar kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. With a little luck, Las Palmas's René Stam got control of the ball when Marcial Iratze tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute of the match, Álvaro Prata got a very nice opportunity to score, but René Stam was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 87 minutes into the match, Mapovihesa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Darío Graabirk came free, but Constantin Potocianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Gualterio Bakar threw the ball into play from the sideline. Mapovihesa FC's Romeo Pio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Usain Bolt struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. René Stam didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mapovihesa FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Usain Bolt in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck René Stam prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
