The audience was convinced that Severino Benino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaime Manny was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Error 404's Desiderio Amaya quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lucas Suárez, made in the 38th minute of the game. Abelardo Berenguer came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Error 404's Pablo Escobar. But to his dismay, Pablo Escobar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Severino Benino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Juli Álvarez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Jaime Manny when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
