In the 7th minute, Gugu Campidelis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Defensores del Ángel Gris's Nicolás DAndrea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Defensores del Ángel Gris from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute, Serafim Catranides ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kennith McNeill was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 19th minute Serafim Catranides shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kennith McNeill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geronimo Gines in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nicolás DAndrea, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 23 minutes into the match, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s goal looked a bit too open when Karam Wahbi came free, but Kennith McNeill reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Carmelo Musko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Defensores del Ángel Gris fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Defensores del Ángel Gris's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when 柳邦义 scored to the left of an out of position Nicolás DAndrea, making the score, 1-3. After the first half Defensores del Ángel Gris were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Geronimo Gines to strike the kick off in the second half. If Serafim Catranides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Ahmid Gasse got a free kick in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s zone, Serafim Catranides stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kennith McNeill came out of the goal and Serafim Catranides tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kennith McNeill took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafim Catranides, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victor Pasqual kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Serafim Catranides blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kennith McNeill having to make a save. Kennith McNeill didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eleuterio Chabier went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Carmelo Musko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kennith McNeill came out and tried to block the shot, but Carmelo Musko slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 68th minute. Jaime Sasoin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Nicolás DAndrea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ingmar Hellkvist hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 84 played minutes ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Saporiti. 86 minutes into the match, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Musko came free, but Kennith McNeill reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Karam Wahbi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kennith McNeill. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karam Wahbi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Kennith McNeill showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karam Wahbi, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 94th minute, Eduardo Saporiti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 95 minutes, Serafim Catranides managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores del Ángel Gris's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafim Catranides was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Defensores del Ángel Gris played a much better game than ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ and deserved their victory. The ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
