If Zoil Pequeño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nicolás DAndrea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Junior Busquets, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frederick Toeback made in the 14th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eleuterio Estebano however managed to control. In the 15th minute, Zoil Pequeño left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo ScrugenFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Zoil Pequeño might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicolás DAndrea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zoil Pequeño ran back to his position shaking his head. Zoil Pequeño could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Nicolás DAndrea made a huge save. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Regis Padriña managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Frederick Toeback in the 32 minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Doriva Saldanha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo ScrugenFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Doriva Saldanha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolás DAndrea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zoil Pequeño in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nicolás DAndrea, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Nicolás DAndrea made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Zoil Pequeño sent off a good shot on target. After 45 played minutes Deportivo ScrugenFC got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Salgado. Eleuterio Chabier struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Jose Boldu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Defensores del Ángel Gris. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Serafim Catranides made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Zoil Pequeño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolás DAndrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Zoil Pequeño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolás DAndrea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A beautiful save bye Defensores del Ángel Gris's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Deportivo ScrugenFC booed when Defensores del Ángel Gris was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederick Toeback didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Romário Macedo was substituted for Franky Flam. A collision led to Defensores del Ángel Gris getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Frederick Toeback hit a great ball. Nicolás DAndrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoil Pequeño in the 69th minute of the match. After 72 minutes Defensores del Ángel Gris's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fortun Bobes who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Fortun Bobes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nicolás DAndrea quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Nicolás DAndrea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leobardo Padierna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
