The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Firme Verga got free with Astor Aragones in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th minute, Firme Verga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Astor Aragones was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Paulo Enmanuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Chelsea Football Club's Benedek Komáromi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hermengildo Jorrin, made in the 56th minute of the game. After 75 minutes of play, Chelsea Football Club's Rafal Jakubiak made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Astor Aragones was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rafal Jakubiak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Astor Aragones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Formentera defense, Rafal Jakubiak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Astor Aragones. The Formentera fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Astor Aragones should have stopped the shot.
