The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of TiGrEs Fx booed when CADU de Zarate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dhritiman Judge didn't get a good kick on the ball. José Madero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Benedicto Astigar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angelo Ixona kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Elenescu in the 11th minute of play forced CADU de Zarate's goalkeeper Benedicto Astigar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, TiGrEs Fx's goalkeeper Franc Merlot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dhritiman Judge. CADU de Zarate's Benedicto Astigar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Elenescu in the 13th minute of play. If Alex Elenescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benedicto Astigar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Elenescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 22nd minute José Madero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Astigar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Edgard Estevez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, TiGrEs Fx's Alex Elenescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benedicto Astigar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, TiGrEs Fx's goal looked a bit too open when Dhritiman Judge came free, but Franc Merlot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Elenescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benedicto Astigar having to make a save. Benedicto Astigar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Elenescu in the 28th minute of the match. Benedicto Astigar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Elenescu went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Alex Elenescu put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Benedicto Astigar. Alex Elenescu scored 0-4 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benedicto Astigar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Alex Elenescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Elenescu in the 42nd minute of play forced CADU de Zarate's goalkeeper Benedicto Astigar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. TiGrEs Fx's Franc Merlot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save TiGrEs Fx from getting a goal against them. The CADU de Zarate players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. TiGrEs Fx were winning 0-4.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alex Elenescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to TiGrEs Fx getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Joaquim Matute hit a great ball. Franc Merlot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Reno in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute, TiGrEs Fx's Alex Elenescu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benedicto Astigar. Benedicto Astigar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Franc Merlot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dhritiman Judge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in CADU de Zarate's zone, Alex Elenescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Astigar came out of the goal and Alex Elenescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. TiGrEs Fx's Gilberto Rancaño was substituted for Alex Elenescu. Gilberto Rancaño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Astigar having to interfere. Gilberto Rancaño received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benedicto Astigar came out and tried to block the shot, but Gilberto Rancaño slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 74th minute. 77 minutes into the game, TiGrEs Fx's Gilberto Rancaño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benedicto Astigar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. In the 80th minute, Gilberto Rancaño reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benedicto Astigar. The goal made the score 0-8. CADU de Zarate's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Gilberto Rancaño scored to the left of an out of position Benedicto Astigar, making the score, 0-9. When Edgard Estevez fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TiGrEs Fx's protests and gave Edgard Estevez a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to TiGrEs Fx getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Edgard Estevez hit a great ball. Benedicto Astigar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Rancaño, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. TiGrEs Fx's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
