Aldo Mannie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juli Alvarez in the 15th minute of play. Silvano Portillo was a little too slow when Gu Chang Peng got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 2-1.

Gu Chang Peng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Silvano Portillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gu Chang Peng, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 55 minutes into the match, Ripa FC's goalkeeper Aldo Mannie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juli Alvarez. Ripa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ezequiel Lavezzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Ezequiel Lavezzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aldo Mannie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ezequiel Lavezzi ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Ripa FC's Aldo Mannie got control of the ball when Saturnino Romo tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franz Grassme in the 95th minute of play forced ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goalkeeper Silvano Portillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
