Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Loco De Remate's Rene Aires started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fulgencio Eyague showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Aires in the 5th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Peep Pronk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Okanalp Öksal was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Okanalp Öksal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peep Pronk's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. After having played for 8 minutes, Rene Aires managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Loco De Remate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Aires was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Peep Pronk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Peep Pronk notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Loco De Remate's Okanalp Öksal. Okanalp Öksal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Rene Aires managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loco De Remate's supporters rose to their feet, but Rene Aires was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fulgencio Eyague breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Loco De Remate getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Roberto Mouzo hit a great ball. Okanalp Öksal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peep Pronk in the 33rd minute of play. Peep Pronk struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Okanalp Öksal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC LeX Luthor. In the 37thth minute of the game Peep Pronk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Loco De Remate's Okanalp Öksal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute, Rene Aires made a precise shot to the right of Fulgencio Eyague. AC LeX Luthor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 42nd match minute, AC LeX Luthor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Yepes to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peep Pronk was the one to do the kick off.
